What we offer

Private Yoga

Relax and restore your body, mind, and spirit thru breath-work and gentle yoga in the comfort of your own home. A private session designed specifically for you. Prior to the session we will discuss any injuries, medical conditions, and health/wellness goals and then design the practice based on your individual wellness needs. Includes use of yoga mats, blocks, straps, and bolster. 60 minutes $150, for 1 - 2 people, +$25 for every additional person.

Private Pilates/Fitness

A session designed based on your fitness and wellness needs. Using a combination of yoga and mat pilates based on your body and your goals. Specifically, we can target reducing sciatica pain using special pilates and yoga exercises. Or we can focus on strengthening core and glutes. We will work with you to create a fitness class specifically for you. 60 minutes $150, for 1 - 2 people, +$25 for every additional person.

Yoga in Nature

Tune into the sounds of nature and feel the Earth under your bare feet, while practicing yoga, breath-work, or meditation in nature. From sunset yoga on the beach, to hiking in the Volcano’s National Park; we can create a custom adventure to go do yoga in the nature of the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. Includes Yoga, Yoga mats and props, home made herbal teas, and adventure! Contact us for pricing and further details.

Yoga Retreats

Plan a private yoga or wellness retreat with Catherine. She has connections to retreat centers on the Big Island as well as Kauai. Catherine is also working on creating wellness retreats in 2024: Healing with Nature- wellness retreat, Digital Detox- trekking and camping retreats. Contact us for more information.
